The UM-101 inherits the appearance of conventional mercury columns so there is no confusion even
if you are using the device for the first time. The only difference is that the user has to press the ON/OFF button
to activate the unit before commencing BP measurement. No liquid is used in this device and therefore handling it
is easier than its counterparts. The problem of a slow mercury response, due to clogging of the filter in the glass tube,
does not exist because the UM-101 effortlessly delivers quick and easy-to-read digital results.

Existing chest drainage devices are heavy and bulky and have to be kept upright. SINAPI was tasked by cardio-thoracic surgeons to develop a compact chest drainage device that enables greater patient mobility while including the monitoring parameters required during all types of chest drainage.
During development we discovered another major advantage in that our dry-seal valve (the Scheffler valve) is more efficient than existing systems (water seal or dry seal), allowing faster evacuation of blood and air from the chest. This shortens chest drainage time, enables faster removal of the chest catheter and improves patient outcome.
Air & fluids evacuates faster due to effective flutter valve. This translates into quicker drainage time and shorter hospital stay of the patients. Through its suction bulb we can easily detect if lung has expanded. It is smaller and lightweight device compare to our traditional one = greater patient mobility. Regular patient movement is easier, helping trapped fluids to exit the thoracic space. When patients mobilize, breathing volume increases. This increases air pressure inside the pleural space and forces air/liquid to drain faster through the catheter. Patient posture improves allowing full use of the chest muscles and diaphragm.
SINAPI CHEST TUBE DRAINAGE maintains closed system at all times. No tube clamping is required with no risk of forgetting to un-clamp. Manual suction can be applied by depressing the bulb to assist with drainage. Patient mood improves with increased independence.

Wellness PRO Inc. already made available their first Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitor Services. Using the TM-2430 a compact & lightweight ambulatory blood pressure monitor, by the A&D Company , Tokyo, Japan. This monitor was validated in accordance with BHS protocol and its accuracy was proven to be A/A. Weighing only 215 grams, and the size of a cigarette pack, the portable TM-2430 can be easily taken anywhere with a patient. A portable unit designed to regularly measure patient blood pressure and heart rate at work and at home.
The A&D Medical Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring System (ABPM) allows health care professionals to automatically monitor a patient’s blood pressure throughout the day. ABPM therapy can help differentiate hypertension from white coat hypertension and the data generated can be used to adjust patient medication levels. This compact monitor has sophisticated tracking capabilities to measure blood pressure and pulse trends.
