The reliable TEPRO has the same shape as the most widely used Macintosh blades. What is special about them however, is the tapering on the part of the blade near the handle. This recess increases the flexibility and manageability of the blade during intubations. Even with the protection offered the front teeth by the tapering of the proximal blade, the tongue can be pushed up and out of the way as in a normal intubation procedure with a conventional Macintosh blade. The intubation procedure can be carried out with ease and the patient’s teeth remain optimally protected. Blades with replaceable fibre optic.
