Wellness PRO Inc. joined the 36th Annual Convention
and Scientific Meeting Presentations of ORNAP"

Last July 3-4, 2010 held at the Fiesta Pavilion, Manila Hotel, Manila the Operating Room Nurses Association of the Philippines celebrated their 36th Annual Convention and Scientific Meeting Presentations. Participated by hundreds of Operating Room Nurses all around the country, Wellness PRO Inc. was one of the invited and one of the participating exhibitors of in-trend medical equipments that nurses of today can use.
In highlights of the celebration some of the topics discussed includes Updates on Patient Safety Goals ; Responding Ethico-Legal Dilemmas During Critical Incidents in Perioperative Nursing Practice; PNA Leading Nurses Serving People; and Trends in Perioperative Nursing: Robotic Surgery. The company displayed for the first time their innovative surgical light made by the Surgiris Company based in Lille (France). Surgiris is specialized in the conception, the manufacturing and the merchandising of surgical lights, ceiling pendants for anesthesist, surgeon or intensive care and HF (High Frequency) electrosurgical units.
In addition what makes more captivating from the event was the company’s display of its 3 in 1 integrated system model of chest tube drainage called the SINAPI. Operating Room Nurses found it much efficient than existing systems (water seal or dry seal), allowing faster evacuation of blood and air from the chest. This shortens chest drainage time, enables faster removal of the chest catheter and improves patient outcome.
